According to a survey from Anphabe on nearly 80,000 employees in Vietnam, the resignation rate in 2017 and 2018 were 19.1% and 20.5%, respectively. By 2019, this number will increase to 24%. Besides, the average time an employee works at the company is about 4 years, which is expected to continue to decrease in the coming years. This is a big challenge for Vietnamese human resource managers, especially when unemployment rate has decreased significantly that makes the expectation of an employee about his job becomes higher and higher.

Accompanying HR Professionals with internationalizing human resource management in Vietnam, PACE Institute of Management and SHRM Vietnam held a seminar on the International HR Seminar on January 10, 2020 in Ho Chi Minh City with the participation of many HR Professionals from various businesses and sectors.

Took place with Mr. Vu Duc Tri The - Solution Direction of the PACE Institute of Management and SHRM's representative in Vietnam, the seminar mentioned the challenges and trends of the human resources industry globally in general and in Vietnam in particular and highlighted the importance of retaining employees.
