THE 2017 INTERNATIONAL HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT (IHRM) PROGRAM
International Human Resource Management (IHRM) is a world-class program based on SHRM-BoCKTM which is the highly-regarded global HR standard. The first course was opened in Ho Chi Minh City on Septemper 14, 2017 with the participation of the senior leaders and HR professionals in local and foreign enterprises. The next course will be opened in Hanoi on October 19, 2017.
In the context of integration and globalization, many organizations are experiencing unprecedented competition, unpredictable change and uncertainty around the world. In that context, the role of HR also needs to be redefined in order to contribute to the business development and the HR profession to a higher level. HR professionals are not only expected to perform basic human resource functions but also to undertake more important leadership roles to contribute more to the strategic direction and development of their organizations.
To solve the root of the problem, IHRM Program will be opened with the purpose is to internationalize the human resource management capabilities of HR professionals in Vietnam.
