•  She has more than 20 years holding the position of Senior Manager of Human Resource Management at multinational corporations located in Vietnam and Asia such as: Motul Vietnam, American Standard Vietnam, Lixil Asia Manufacturing in Vietnam, China, Korea, Thailand and Indonesia.
• Along with professional management activities, she is also a Training and Consulting Expert when obtaining international education certificates such as: Train the Trainer, Coach, Leadership Management, ... to train and advise businesses in Vietnam in the field of human resource management and professional skills for management for many years. 
• She is currently a Lecturer at PACE School of Human Resource Management at PACE Institute of Management.

• She graduated with an MBA in Corporate Strategy & Human Resource Management from the University of PARIS XII in France.
• She has more than 20 years of experience in holding Management & Senior Leadership positions at domestic and foreign companies and corporations such as: Suntory, PepsiCo Vietnam, Chevron Vietnam, Metro Cash & Carry Vietnam; Aventis Pharmaceutical Intercontinental, ...
