Vietnam's GDP growth in the first quarter of 2023 reached 3.32% (according to data from the General Statistics Office). This is considered one of the lowest growth rates in the past 10 years. The GDP growth figure in Vietnam, along with the impacts from economic and social fluctuations in the world, has driven Vietnamese organizations and businesses to find ways to adapt, survive, and develop.

In the current difficult economic situation, business leaders always want to optimize all resources most efficiently to help the organization achieve its goals. Among them, Human Resources are an important resource that determines the success or failure of each business. Therefore, HR Managers and Leaders must see through and analyze the strengths and weaknesses of the existing Human Resources, from which to arrange staff assignments, design processes, and technologies to be most optimal and suitable for their business strategies and objectives.
