HR SEMINAR INTERNATIONAL HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT: INDUSTRY 4.0 AFFECTING HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGEMENT

We have witnessed the effects of many industrial revolutions, with many changes taking place in the world, and now, we are entering the 4th industrial revolution, when artificial intelligence (AI), biotechnology and the Internet completely changed the world actually. But technological always changes the broader system: society and industry in general. Human resource is not outside that impact.

Accompanying HR Professionals with internationalizing human resource management in Vietnam, PACE Institute of Management and SHRM Vietnam held a seminar on the International HR Seminar on August 01, 2019 in Ho Chi Minh City with the participation of many HR Professionals from various businesses and sectors.

The seminar took place with Mr. Vu Duc Tri The - Solution Director of PACE Institute of Management and representative of SHRM in Vietnam, the seminar mentioned the challenges and trends of human resources in the context of 4.0, whereby organizations must reinvent the system with the focus of people on social enterprises.

At the event, attendees together analyzed an important survey of Deloitte's global human capital trend, titled "Leading The Social Enterprise: Reinvent With A Human Focus", the report provides actionable insights to businesses everywhere, and based on feedback from nearly 10,000 respondents in 119 countries, including 225 HR professionals and business leaders who participated survey.
