Performance Management is a new evaluation system and has some of the following features:

- Do not evaluate employees by labeling employees as Outstanding, Exceeded Expectations, Met Expectations, Needed improvements and Underperformed. Instead, HR will empower for managers to directly assess employees through face-to-face conversations.

- Empower their employees and managers to find out how to evaluate and standards through an online documentation system, HR professionals just help when they needed or required.

- About promotion: employees in the company globally can apply for self-nominations instead of waiting for the direct manager to agree as before.

Attendees were very interested in the topic of the seminar, discussed with various perspectives on how to effectively apply HR trends 4.0 and new methods of staff evaluation.
